The best thing you can do to empower yourself against the abuse you are experiencing is to acknowledge it.

You must acknowledge it exists, it is real and it is being inflicted upon you.

TO BREAK THE ABUSE YO ARE EXPERIENCING YOU MUST ACKNOWLEDGE IT AND DISCLOSE IT.

You are protected by New Zealand law and international law.
Workplace sexual harassment is a crime and is a serious offence.

DISCLOSE

You company must act accordingly and take responsibility to protect your basic human rights of being treated with dignity and respect and must keep you safe in your workplace.

Any workplace that fails to keep you safe must be reported, in order to ensure that New Zealand employees are safe in New Zealand workplaces.

It is important now, and it is important for future generations.
