Privacy Rights and how to contact us
The Privacy Act gives you rights to request access to and correction of the personal information we hold about you. You can take steps to control the way in which we use your information. You can also complain to us at any time if you think we have misused your personal information.

Compliance information
You can opt out of your personal information being used by us , where you have asked us to refer you to further support services and your personal information is necessary for us to exercise this function. For example, you can generally raise a concern to us but ask us not to share information about that complaint with the organisation you would like us to further recommend to you. You have the right to disclose your personal information to which ever further support service you may choose to contact, or if you instruct us to , we can disclose your personal information to the chosen further support services. If you have any particular privacy concerns or sensitivities, you can raise them with us at any time.
Complaining about our privacy practices
We want to know if you have concerns about our privacy practices, whether these relate to the way we collect or share information about you or our disclosure of your personal information to further support services. This allows us to try and put things right for you and helps us to identify and fix any problems with our systems or processes.
